April 21, 7-8 pm, Rosensteel Hall: Pre-Application Community Meeting
Our development team plans to submit applications this spring for a preliminary plan of subdivision, a conditional use, and a forest conservation plan for a transit-oriented affordable housing development. In compliance with the Montgomery County zoning ordinance, this meeting will be held to share plans for the project with the broader community. At this meeting, we will describe the proposal and answer any questions you may have. The meeting will be held at Rosensteel Hall, 9707 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 7 to 8 p.m. For those using transit, the venue is convenient to the Forest Glen Metro Station. Meeting participants will be able to ask questions and provide comments during the question-and-answer portion of the meeting.
